    Between 20:22 and 21:16 UTC on 4/8/2025 UTC, our WAF service experienced a failure that resulted in false-positive blocking of API requests to the Ubiq backend. These requests received 401 (unauthorized) responses. All internal services remained operational. The Ubiq dashboard and all KMS were unaffected.
