We continue working on resolving the errors affecting the Responses tab, responses API, and some integrations. As of now, we have identified the root cause for this incident and the fix is being applied now. Accept our apologies for any inconvenience this is causing. The Responses tab should work as expected, however, forms may incorrectly show a response counter of '0' and the setup of some integrations may be affected.
