Update timeline

  1. identified Jan 10, 2026, 05:40 PM UTC

Beginning at approximately 12:40 EST , elevated latency was observed affecting outbound 10DLC messaging traffic destined for AT&T subscribers . The issue is external to Tychron at the DCA / Carrier level and is impacting delivery to AT&T over 10DLC only. Engineering teams are actively engaging with AT&T and the DCA to investigate the latency and obtain additional visibility. Further updates will be communicated as soon as new information becomes available. Important Notice: This impact is limited exclusively to 10DLC traffic to AT&T . Short Code messaging traffic to AT&T and all other carriers remain fully operational and is processing as expected with no impairment.

  2. resolved Jan 10, 2026, 06:24 PM UTC

Normal AT&T 10DLC traffic flow was restored at approximately 13:24 EST . Message delivery to AT&T has been operating normally with no latency or delays observed since service restoration.
