    We are aware of an issue where users cannot sign into Alteryx Analytics Cloud (us1.alteryxcloud.com). We will continue updating this incident as we have additional details.

    We have identified and implemented a fix for the issue. We are monitoring it to ensure systems are functioning properly.

    Our SRE team has determined that there was an isolated issue within the infrastructure of US1 that precluded services from functioning normally. All signs point to this being an isolated incident and is not likely to recur. Further investigation is being done to determine if there were any contributing factors that can be remediated; and what additional steps can be taken to preclude this sort of issue from happening again. Thank you all for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
