Dear Customer, Amazon Web Services, our cloud hosting partner, has notified Totango that it expects to undergo a large scale maintenance of its Elastic Compute Cloud over the weekend, beginning September 26, 2014, at 2:00 UTC/GMT (September 25, 2014, at 7:00 PM PDT) and ending on September 30, 2014, at 23:59 UTC/GMT (September 30, 2014, at 4:59 PM PDT). Amazon is planning to reboot a range of EC2 instance types across all availability zones during this time. Therefore, Totango customers may experience brief service interruptions. We are monitoring our infrastructure in order to minimize any service interruption to you and expect that if such interruption occurs, it may only last for several minutes.
