This incident was created by an automated monitoring service. The External API is currently unavailable due to extraordinary and unplanned maintenance works. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are working to have it back as soon as possible. Oct 23, 14:51:52 GMT+0 - Resolved - Our apologies for the downtime, and thank you for your patience. We found out that some users experienced problems using TIQ Time, an issue which unfortunately took longer to resolve then we expected. I'd like to highlight that to resolve the issue, we had to restore the TIQ Application to the status of last Friday evening. This means that all time entries created after Friday 19:15 UTC are unfortunately missing from TIQ Time at the moment. Our team will continue investigating the issue, and check for possibilities to restore these entries.
