## Introduction On 2025-06-12 between 19:50 and 22:15 CEST Tink experienced a technical issue which impacted Income Check and Expense Check products in all markets. The impacted products are used for Risk decisioning and customers were not able to generate Risk reports. ## Root Cause Analysis The root cause of the incident was an unexpected outage within our Cloud provider who supplies the infrastructure for the affected products. ### Remediation Once the 3rd party Vendor resolved the issues on their side, Tink affected products were immediately recovered to normal state.
