    There was a misconfiguration on the domain *.3kit.com, which caused the apps and services hosted on our porter cluster to become unreachable. This issue occurred around 11:15 a.m. ET and was resolved at 12:45 p.m. ET. However, due to DNS caching, some users may continue to experience an outage until the DNS record is automatically updated.
