We are getting reports of database exception errors under multiple roles and have asked our vendor to look into the issue.

We are hoping the ThinkLink Hot Fix scheduled for Sunday (was originally Thursday but had to be rescheduled) will fix the database exceptions causing the error to appear.

We have completed a hotfix as of 11:30pm ET on Sunday, August 8th. This hotfix has resolved the reported database exception errors.
