At 1:40pm ET we began receiving alerts that our database had reached memory usage capacity. We worked with our hosting partner to double the memory of the database, but it is now approaching capacity again. Our network and application teams are working to identify the specific cause of the issue and may need to perform rolling restarts of our servers to correct. We will update this incident when timing for the restarts is available.
