We are investigating reports from some users that, following the emergency production release this morning, they are only able to reach a grey screen on the ThinkLink login page. The issue is only affecting some users and we believe it to be network related. Our hosting team has been engaged at the highest priority and we will provide updates here as they are available.

We are still investigating the issue. Our servers were restarted but the issue is persisting. We are now working on purging the cache with our content delivery network.

The incident is now resolved. Our Akamai content delivery netowrk cache was stuck for one file related to the LMS. All users are reporting that they are now able to log in. Thank you for your patience.
