    One of our Azure servers is unhealthy. We are investigating the issue with Microsoft and our hosting partner. Traffic should be routed to the healthy server but there is a chance that some users may experience an error if they hit the unhealthy server. We will provide updates as information becomes available.

    Both Azure servers are now in a "healthy" status and internal users are able to log in normally. We are monitoring the overall system health and will continue to post updates here.

    The server that was healthy was for our staging environment. The production system still has one server that is "unhealthy". The status of this incident has been moved back to Identified. We will continue to provide updates.
