    We are currently looking at issues with the database causing database exception errors. We do have the vendor looking into and will report any progress as soon as possible,

    The database issue appears to be resolve for now but we will be monitoring. We are also reaching out to our other support teams to try to determine a root cause.

    Database has started spiking again.

    The database recovered, but it is likely to happen again. The software vendor has identified the database queries causing the issue and are working to correct it. The system should be operational for now.

    Vendor made some database optimization changes to address the issue. So far all looks good. We will continue to monitor through out the day.
