At about 8:30pm ET on Friday night the ThinkLink network became unavailable. Users will receive a "502 Bad Gateway" error when attempting to access the site. Our network team is investigating the cause and we will provide updates on this page as we have more information. Thank you for your patience.

We have narrowed down the issue to an expired encryption certificate on the site. The network side has been addressed but it needs to be replaced within the application as well so our application team has been called in.

The expired certificate has been replaced and some users may be able to access the site, however many will not be able to log in until the cache is cleared for our content delivery network, which will not occur until Sunday morning. This incident will remain open until access is restored for all users. Thank you for your patience.

Our Akamai content delivery network is not recognizing the newly replaced certificate, which is causing the ongoing error when accessing the site. We have escalated the issue to our CDN provider at the highest priority. Please follow this page for updates.
