    Following a production release on the evening of August 8th, our application team found that single sign-on for Classlink rostered users was not functioning as expected, preventing these users from logging in to ThinkLink. We have identified the issue and will be verifying the patch in our staging environment overnight with the expectation of hot fixing the issue on production in the morning. We will provide updates on this page.

    Our staging server has been patched and the hotfix is working as expected. We are coordinating schedules for the production hotfix this morning which will allow Classlink users to log in via SSO and will update this incident when a time has been set. Thank you for your patience.

    We will be running the hotfix to allow Classlink SSO users to log into ThinkLink on production at 9:00am ET. At the close of the release our servers will have rolling restarts. Users may get logged out during this time but should be able to log back in within 1-2 minutes. We will update this incident when the hotfix is complete.

    The hotfix release is complete and we are validating the fix. Classlink users should be able to login now but we are monitoring the application post release.
