    We are currently investigating reports of MO traffic intermittently not reaching our platform from our suppliers for some SMS sent to UK virtual mobile numbers today. We are working with our suppliers to troubleshoot this issue. Impacted SMS sent to hosted UK virtual numbers should queued and will be delivered asap.

    Our suppliers have remedied this issue with the UK network for the impacted VMN's. Any MO SMS sent but not received to one of our hosted UK Virtual Mobile numbers, was queued at the network level and is now making its way into Messenger. We will continue to monitor but are confident this issue is now resolved.
