    The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    We are investigating an issue where a recent API version update released by Mandrill, a third-party service we use for email templating, may be causing error messages for some clients when sending HRC workflows. The impact appears to be limited at this time. Our team is actively working on a workaround and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
