Intermittent Activation of new EventBoard and LobbyConnect devices.
Teem experienced a minor incident on January 8, 2020 affecting EventBoard and LobbyConnect, lasting 3d 21h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Teem has received reports that some customers are unable to deploy and activate additional EventBoard or LobbyConnect devices. Investigation is currently underway.

We have identified the cause of the issue, and are finalizing when the fix will be released. Next update by 1pm MT/ 3pm ET.

The hotfix has been released, and early reports and testing show that the issues are resolved. We will continue monitoring this evening.

We are continuing to monitor through the rest of the day. During the scheduled maintenance there was a recurrence of the activation issue for a time. Currently activations are working normally.
