    We experienced an issue with our background job processing system between 23:18 CET and 07:07 CET. Due to a configuration error, background jobs could not be started. This resulted in delays in various services such as sending and receiving emails/sms, triggers, and other features. We have made changes to prevent this from happening again and also improved monitoring.
