    Between approximately 11:50 and 12:01 CEST some customers in the EU region experienced slow response times and errors when accessing Teamtailor and career sites. The cause was high load on one of our internal systems during a maintenance task. The task was stopped and performance returned to normal. Some background processing was delayed for a while afterwards. We apologise for any inconvenience.

    Between approximately 15:15 and 15:27 CEST, some customers in the EU region experienced slow response times and intermittent errors when using Teamtailor and career sites. The issue briefly returned around 17:25 CEST, when some career sites did not load. The cause was high database load. Systems have been operating normally since approximately 17:30 CEST. We apologise for any inconvenience.

    Between approximately 08:50 and 11:30 CEST, customers may have experienced general slowness across the platform and delays in background processing (e.g. resume parsing and other queued actions). The cause was a misconfigured recurring job that allowed overlapping runs, which blocked the background job queue and increased database load. We restarted the affected workers, corrected the job configuration, and added a database index to reduce load. Systems have been operating normally since approximately 11:30 CEST. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We are experiencing issues with our marketing website (www.teamtailor.com) being unavailable due to an SSL certificate error. Career sites, the ATS and the API are not affected. We are investigating the issue.

    We experienced intermittent errors affecting image uploads and display across the platform, including profile pictures and the image/media library in settings and the career site editor. Affected requests returned a temporary error (HTTP 503). The issue was caused by a problem with one of our external service providers, who we have contacted. Error rates have dropped significantly since the peak earlier today and the service is recovering. We are continuing to monitor closely to confirm full recovery.

    We are currently having issues with Insights (our analytics backend). It looks like no data has been ingested since July 25th. We are currently working on getting it running again now. We don't expect any data has been lost due to this, but it will take some time for the system to catch up with the past week's data once it's up and running again.
