    We are actively investigating an increased error rate in communications between iPaaS and Work Management. Work Management workflows that trigger iPaaS flows are not receiving results back when iPaaS steps are completed.

    At approximately 4:55pm ET yesterday we implemented a workaround to resolve erroring problems. We continue to monitor and investigate the root cause of the problem.
