Det påvirker kontaktcentre såsom Puzzel og Zylinc, såfremt man tager kald på Teams. Vi anbefaler at tage kald via softphone hvis muligt. Vi er ved at identificere årsagen til problemet og vender tilbage med status senest klokken 12.00. Vi beklager eventuelle gener, som forstyrrelserne måtte medføre for jer. It's affecting contact centres such as Puzzel and Zylinc, if answering though Teams. We recommend answering call as softphone.     Vi er tilbage i normal drift, men vi afventer endelig klarmelding. Vi vender tilbage med ny status senest klokken 13.     Vi er nu tilbage i normal drift, og der har ikke været nye udfald den sidste time. Vi fortsætter med at overvåge de berørte systemer tæt.
