Vi arbejder på højtryk i samarbejde med Zylinc for at løse problemet! Vi er ved at identificere årsagen til problemet og vender tilbage med status senest klokken 12:00 Vi beklager eventuelle gener, som forstyrrelserne måtte medføre for jer. We are working in collaboration with Zylinc to solve the problem! Kære Kunde, -Ang. Simple Agents / Mobile Agents ikke modtager kald idag, skal de logge ind på Simpleagent web siden og kontrollere at det rigtige tlf.nummer står som det skal, som agenten skal modtage kald på. -Ang. Webagents må de gerne logge ind igen, de skal dog lige kontrollere deres headset indstillinger står korrekt. Hvis der opleves problemer med ovenstående, meld da gerne retur til TDC / Zylinc. Vi vender tilbage med ny status klokken 14:00 i dag. Vi beklager de eventuelle gener, som forstyrrelserne måtte medføre for jer. Venlig hilsen TDC Erhverv Cloud Support ----------------------------- Dear Customer, -Regarding: Simple Agents / Mobile Agents do not receive calls today, they must log in to the Simpleagent web page and check that the correct phone number is as it should be for the agent to receive calls. -Regarding: Web agents are welcome to log in again, however, they just need to check their headset settings are correct. If you experience problems with the above, please report back to TDC / Zylinc. We return with new status at 14:00 today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Kære kunde, Vi er nu tilbage i normal drift, men fortsætter med at overvåge de berørte systemer tæt. Følgende nedenstående issues er identificeret og løst idag efter gårdsdagens upgrade af Zylinc. -Tlf. nr. mangler på Simple agents / mobile agents. -Login problemer -Headset problemer på Webagents. Hvis i stadig skulle opleve problemer kontakt da TDC support. Vi skal igen beklage eventuelle gener, som denne hændelse måtte have medført.
