TDC Cloud Solutions experienced a notice incident on May 6, 2022 affecting Zylinc Novus, lasting 2d 21h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Driftsinformation fra TDC Erhverv generelt kan findes på tdc.dk/driftsinformation ------------------- Vi oplever pt. problemer med søgning via web klienten og for mange resultater, den midlertidige løsning er og specificere sin søgning yderligere. Fejlen er meldt til Zylinc, som arbejder på at løse det, men desværre er der ingen ETR. Vi beklager eventuelle gener, som forstyrrelserne måtte medføre for jer. The current workaround is to make search entries more specific The error has been reported to Zylinc, wich are investigating the issue but we unfortunately have no ETR yet. Vi har nu identificeret årsagen til problemet og udfører i øjeblikket fejlrettelser for at genoprette normal drift. Vi vender tilbage med ny status senest klokken 10:00 i dag.
