    Between 2nd June 2021 0835 UTC to 2nd June 2021 0920 UTC. We were experiencing a major outage on the live chat widget due to a DDOS attack on the widget API server The issue is resolved and live chat was fully restored on 2nd June 2021 0920 UTC
