    We are working on a carrier select issue for New Line of Service Activity inside of Tangoe Mobile. Customers may not be able to submit activities for new lines of service into the catalog or be able to select the proper carrier based on the country group in the Carrier dropdown. The Carrier dropdown is currently greyed out. A fix is currently in progress to be deployed shortly.

    The fix for the New Line issue has been tested, deployed and confirmed fixed. Please note the issue was specifically affecting all activity carrier selects when there was only one carrier available to the user, including Add Service activities.
