    The Tangoe Monthly Maintenance window unexpectedly ran over and systems were fully restored as of 10:50 AM Eastern. Please disregard the scheduled maintenance complete notification sent at 6:00 AM Eastern. Any scheduled jobs set to be run prior to 10:50 AM Eastern will need to be reprocessed. The Tangoe Mobile API connections are also now restored. We are currently researching this issue and a formal root cause analysis is being prepared. This will be available within 10 business days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We continue to prioritize to scale our networking, security, and infrastructure to limit any disruptions and we know your success depends on Tangoe.
