Earlier today users began reporting an issue in the application where users are unable to export scheduled reports and are receiving an error. This is currently under investigation with updates to follow.

A backend change was recently made to improve database backups however as a result of the change we discovered this had an impact increasing replication lag which in turn also caused issues with exporting scheduled reports. We will be reversing this backend change without any downtime.

The backend change was reverted last night and testing has confirmed all reports are now running successfully. We are researching the issue further and a formal root cause analysis is being prepared.
