We have released a fix, and everything is working as expected now. We have identified the underlining issue and we are working on getting a fix out soon. We have detected some issues affecting some Workspaces, and the visibility of Workflows shared with the Workspace. There is no data loss involved, so you will be able to access to them once the incident is resolved.
