    A message from TrueLayer "TrueLayer would like to advise of an issue we have identified with our connectivity to Santander due to an issue reported by the bank, which is preventing customers from acquiring data or consenting when using a Santander bank account. This impacts all Open Banking customers who utilise a Santander account. Credential Sharing account users are unaffected. Our engineering team are currently investigating the fault and are formulating a plan for permanent corrective actions. We are also in contact with Santander regarding the issue. At present, we do not have an estimated fix time but will communicate again with further updates."
