We are experiencing disconnections from YNAB for some users, requiring them to log back into Sync for YNAB to reconnect. At the moment, we have some code in place to try and help these issues, but we are still investigating why they have started happening more recently, even with no changes to the codebase. If this happens, you will receive an email saying it has disconnected. Simply just log back into Sync for YNAB, and it will be resolved.

A potential fix has been implemented for this, and we will continue to monitor the situation. We have had no disconnects since 9am yesterday when this was implemented.
