On June 9, Symmetry API services experienced a disruption caused by an upstream AWS service outage. During the incident, clients integrating with affected APIs may have encountered failed requests, including HTTP 500 and HTTP 401 responses. Service was restored once AWS recovered the affected infrastructure. All impacted API services are operating normally, and no client action is required.
