There have been several reports from users that they are unable to livestream to Facebook using the direct integration with the Switcher app. We have been able to reproduce this issue internally. A temporary workaround is to use Custom RTMP when streaming to your Facebook page. CloudFlare, Switcher's service provider for Website, Dashboard, Catalog, Collections, and Remote Guest services, is currently experiencing a widespread outage. This outage is affecting users' ability to sign into the Switcher Dashboard, use the Remote Guest feature in the Switcher app, and livestream to Collections and Catalogs. Collection and Catalog embeds on customer websites are not working.

The ability to create new livestreams with the Switcher app using direct integrations may be impaired or experience latency. Livestreaming to YouTube, Twitch, and Switcher Catalogs and Collections may also experience issues due to vendor outages. The Switcher team will continue to monitor the issues and will report any updates. To work around issues you experience when creating a new stream to Facebook, you can set up Custom RTMP to the destination.

Some users are unable to connect their Facebook account to Switcher using the Switcher app. Our team is investigating the issue and will provide updates as we find more information. In the meantime, users who experience this issue can log into the Switcher Dashboard in a web browser to connect their Facebook account to Switcher on the Platforms page: https://dashboard.switcherstudio.com/platforms Once connected in the Switcher Dashboard, users can return to the app to livestream to Facebook.
