    The Subscan API error rate was increasing. We've temporarily fixed the issue and started to locate the underlying problem.

    We've identified the problem and it has been fixed. This is due to two unexpected restarts of our Redis server which match the two times of the API success rate fluctuation in the chart.

    We confirm the issue has been resolved. We will be improving the procedure of handling potential restarts of the Redis servers in order to avoid any similar issues in the future.
