    We’re currently experiencing a service disruption due to a widespread AWS outage impacting Street Context and other platforms. This may result in email delivery delays and login issues. Our team is actively working to mitigate the impact, and we’ll provide an update as soon as service is fully restored. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.

    AWS are recovering from the outage. Email is now delivering, and users are now able to access the platform. We are reviewing to ensure all queued emails have delivered.

    Email delivery is now fully functional. We will continue to monitor closely to ensure all is well. Please note that some client's emails may need to be resent. Our Support team will reach out to those affected users and inform them accordingly.
