We have resolved an issue that was preventing access to the login portal for all users. The issue occurred during security testing, when an errant request that should have triggered an error caused a systems crash. At this point, the root cause appears to lie with how the error was handled, rather than an issue with the application server itself. Total downtime occurred between 10:45am and 11:26am EST. Email delivery was not affected during this outage. We’ll continue to investigate the root cause to ensure that a recurrence is prevented.
