We have identified the source of the delay and have restarted the corresponding service. Readership data is being recovered and posting to the platform. We continue to investigate the root cause.

Most readership data is now posting in real-time. There are just a handful of emails where the corresponding data is still recovering. We are continuing to monitor the data recovery, as well as identify the root cause.
