    We're investigating a database issue that is resulting in delayed performance for the filters that automatically add email to Streak boxes.

    We have found and fixed with the database that indexes new email messages in Streak. Normal performance is restored, and we're monitoring. We are working through the queue of new email threads that have not automatically been added to Streak since 11:50am PST.

    We are monitoring the status of Streak's load times and believe they should be recovering now. Our app was affected by the outage posted by Stripe (https://status.stripe.com/?down=now), our payment provider, who was facing issues with their API calls. As that is resolved, we believe Streak should be back up to regular loading times. We will continue to monitor this and will provide a final update shortly to confirm.
