We have noticed a large spike in errors and timeouts against Inovio and Argus Payment gateway transactions. The errors started shortly after 7am EST on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. If you are being affected by this we recommend that you also reach out to your Inovio/Argus payment gateway contacts.

We have received the following resolution message from Inovio, the identified issues should now be resolved: "We experienced intermittent network disruption starting this morning at or around 5:00 a.m. PST, and the disruption ended at or around 8:30 a.m. PST"
