    We have observed an increase in response times and page load times at approximately 1:30pm est. Our operations team responded by throttling deferred/scheduled processes which immediately restored normal response times. As a result merchants may notice a 1-2 hour delay in fulfillment and recurring-order processing. - Certain merchants experienced increase response and page load times from 1:30 - 2:00 pm est. - Certain merchants experienced delays in fulfillment and recurring-order processing from 2pm - 4pm est. We apologize for the inconvenience and are confident our infrastructure changes will continue to deliver the excellent performance and uptime our partners have come to expect from us.
