    We have detected intermittent problems with scheduled rebilling starting on February 27th. However, no order data, either current or new, has been impacted or lost. Our team is actively investigating the issue and we will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.

    From February 27th to 11:30 AM Eastern on February 28th, we detected a time zone configuration issue during a critical database update process that led to intermittent problems with scheduled rebilling. This issue has been addressed and corrected. Moving forward, all scheduled rebills will run at their normally scheduled time and any rebills that were missed will be processed with the next scheduled rebill job.
