Issues with Argus and Inovio Gateways (Timeouts)

Our monitoring systems have detected issues with Argus and Inovio gateway response times from about 8:30am ET to 9:45am ET. Many transactions hit their 90 second timeout threshold and the gateways responded back to us with "Unknown Response from Gateway" error message. Some clients have reported that some of these "timeout" responses actually resulted in an APPROVED transaction on the gateway/processor side. Please review your declined Inovio and Argus orders that were processed between these times to determine if some of these actually resulted in approvals. Reach out to your Inovio/Argus gateway contact if you need more detailed information about the issue. This is an issue with the gateway and not in LimeLight's control.
