The Kount Anti-Fraud service reported an incident this morning where transactions were being declined. Any Kount client using their in-house Boost Safety rating system as part of their ruleset were affected. We have been in touch with Kount as they correct the problem. We have gone into the Kount ruleset to remove the Boost rating system rule for those on our Kount managed service in order to mitigate the situation. Kount is currently reporting that the issue has been fixed.
