Update timeline

  1. identified Jul 20, 2018, 02:43 PM UTC

We have identified an issue in Rover that was resulting in a loss of communication and timeouts between the PMS and some external interfaces.

  2. resolved Jul 20, 2018, 02:43 PM UTC

At 7:30 a.m Eastern Daylight Time, we deployed a code fix in response to the issue. Please know our development team is continuing to monitor the system closely to ensure a successful deployment. We recommend performing an interface sync in Rover for the next 30 days and monitor your hot days. The rest of the inventory will catch up over the course of normal updates. Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
