    We have found that login attempts to Stax Bill using various browsers can fail. Nothing seems to happen when the login is attempted and there is no error message presented. This can happen in multiple browsers. The problem is related to a stored Stax Bill cookie in the browser's cache. If this cookie is removed, then login can proceed.
