On February 26, 2025, between approximately 11:35 AM and 11:50 AM, a subset of customers experienced login failures. During this period, authentication services were temporarily unavailable due to a performance issue triggered by increased system load. The issue was identified and mitigated within 15 minutes, and service was fully restored. We have implemented improvements to increase resilience under similar load conditions. A post-incident review is underway to further evaluate contributing factors and identify any additional preventive measures. We will share any relevant updates once that review is complete.
