An update made a few minutes ago has failed, causing users of Stacker Astra to see a white screen when loading the page. We are reverting the failed deployment and hope to have things working again within a few minutes.

The offending change has been rolled back and things are now working again as before. If you still see a white screen try refreshing the page. If you still see any other issues please reach out to support in the first instance. Apologies for the disruption!

As part of a performance change we are going to be restarting the database which hosts in-app data for Stacker Astra. This will begin in the next 10 minutes and will cause up to 5 minutes of downtime for Astra apps. I apologies for the short notice of this disruption. Stacker Classic and Stacker.ai will not be affected.

During a scheduled database upgrade, we experienced some unexpected partial downtime in Astra between 1:16 PM and 1:34 PM UTC. During this window, some data may have been slow to load or temporarily unavailable. The issue has since been resolved, and systems are operating normally. We are currently urgently investigating an issue impacting Stacker Classic. This is causing Stacker apps to load slowly or to show loading spinners for long periods of time. Our engineers are engaged to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We'll update here when we have an ETA for resolution.
