    Stacker V5 "Astra" had three short outage periods where all requests to the service failed on Monday between 12:30 and 14:00 UTC. Each of the three outage periods lasted 1-2 minutes. This was a result of some routine database changes causing an unforseen conflict which prevented normal queries from being processed. Because it was part of changes we were making manually we were able to identify and resolve the issue almost immediately. We apologies for the disrption this would have caused to any users online at the time. We're reviewing our processes which should have protected aginst thins kind of conflict.
