    AWS are still reporting issues with US-East-1 (https://health.console.aws.amazon.com/health/home#/account/dashboard/open-issues). We are seeing intermittent issues with some features including notifications, indexing and health roll-up.

    AWS have stated the fix is implemented and they are beginning to see normal service resume
