Microsoft have acknowledged a current Azure outage that appears to be causing issues with the platform. More details on Microsoft's Status page :- https://azure.status.microsoft/en-gb/status

We are starting to see some signs of recovery. The latest update from Microsoft is :- "At this stage, we anticipate full mitigation within the next four hours as we continue to recover nodes. This means we expect recovery to happen by 23:20 UTC on 29 October 2025"
